Established in 2020, the podcast has always strived to bring a nuanced take on what's going on in the world by asking the tough and uncomfortable questions. Many have lost favor for what we do because of the off-brand humor or the topics we discuss. Not only does this not bother us, but we revel in this fact. We have battled cancellations, personal attacks, and more. This does not stop us, and we hope to interview even more individuals with this framework in the future.

The host Coleman McAllister was born in Des Moines, Iowa. He spent a majority of his childhood in Northwest Iowa before moving to the metro in 2014. He lives with his fiancé and four pets in the Des Moines area.
